"The entire O'Brien experience was brilliant. Initial call made 9:45am, promptly answered by Marie, in the national call centre. She displayed active listening, empathy and understanding throughout the call and arranged a 2:30pm same day job. I had a subsequent query, so called the regional HQ in Perth and spoke with Tracey. She was just as helpful and even arranged a glazier to come out at 11:30am instead! (When does that ever happen?!) Chad came to fix our toughened glass sliding door window. After helping us clean up, and remove the sliding door, Chad went to work putting the glass in the frame on the back of his truck. When attempting to re-insert the sliding door - because our sliding door is rubbish - the tracks and locking mechanism were off kilter. This was through absolutely no fault of Chads. Rather than palming it off as a fault of the door, and wiping his hands clean of the issue (the glass was mended, after all), Chad took it on as a personal mission to help us fix it. Going well above and beyond what we expected and what is expected of a glazier, Chad mended the sliding door and even helped me with an issue I had had with the security screen! We all know that, more often than not, expectations are rarely met, let alone exceeded. O'Brien aced it and I highly recommend their services."
