As 2023 draws to a close, our business reflects on a year of exciting growth and community support.
As we know our local area has been through many ups and downs over the years and we are proud to be able to see it slowly but surely returning to the thriving business hub as we all know it to be. Our Level 2 electrical team recently worked with Lismore City Council on the Light Up Lismore CBD project which we have heard has been a wonderful success and well received by many locals.
Throughout the year our team have shown that they are dedicated to providing high-quality plumbing & electrical solutions, from pipe relining and small and large projects to scheduled maintenance and 24/7 emergency services and we are proud to have played a role in keeping homes and businesses in Lismore and the surrounding areas safe and comfortable throughout the year.
A few standout out projects for our business and the local area this year was the opening of the Flood Relief Villages, the re-opening of the Lismore Best & Less and the Norco Factory, the upgrade to the Casino Memorial Olympic Pool and our pipe relining department working on the pipe rehabilitation project with the Lismore City Council. We are forever grateful for being entrusted with these projects as well as with many residential works and other small & large commercial projects.
We can safely say we are committed to providing you with the same high level of quality service that you have come to expect from us next year. We are excited to see our local areas continue to thrive in development and we will proceed with working on iconic Lismore buildings with local builders such as Paynter Dixon at the Lismore Workers Club and Bennett Constructions at the Lismore Memorial Baths.
We are always looking for ways to be involved in the local community and welcome any ideas or suggestions that you feel our business may be the perfect fit for. We love to support local charities and sporting clubs as well as take the field as a team where possible. Between our three office locations (Lismore, Yamba & Coffs Harbour) we have put in the effort to keep our team connected throughout the year and have worked hard on achieving a wonderful work culture which we are immensely proud of.
We would also like to express our deepest thank you to our valued customers and the dedicated team who have made this year what it is. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to exceeding your expectations in the coming year.
Have a great holiday season and stay safe in your travels.
Sincerely,
The O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Lismore Team
