As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Services Team Member to join our team .
The role will be responsible for scheduling jobs for trades and invoicing for our National Facilities Maintenance and our Local Service and Maintenance Departments.
This position is fast paced and busy but highly rewarding.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling Management: Coordinate service bookings, ensuring efficient time allocation and minimising conflicts.
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and send invoices, ensuring accurate billing.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to confirm schedules and address any inquiries.
- Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update scheduling logs, and generate reports on completed work and outstanding job requirements.
- Software & System Utilisation: Use scheduling and invoicing software to streamline processes, automate reminders, and enhance workflow efficiency.
