About Us
Headed by business owner Kemal Holic, O’Brien Electrical & Security Welshpool commenced trading as KH Signature Electrical in 2002. Kemal joined the electrical industry and started his apprenticeship in 1997. He went straight into working for an electrical contractor until, in 2001, he decided it was time to start his own business. So in 2002, after completing all the required courses and obtaining the appropriate licenses, KH Signature Electrical was born under a sole trader structure.
With our strong reputation for reliable and quality service within our community, in 2017, we were invited to join Laser Group which opened a door filled with new opportunities for us to further expand our business and provide you, our customers, with the best possible electrical services.
In 2019, we made the decision to become O’Brien Electrical & Security Welshpool after the acquisition of the Laser Group by O’Brien Glass Industries, forming O’Brien Electrical & Plumbing and beginning the latest chapter in our story.
