Pipe Relining Success!

We completed a major pipe relining project with 5 junctions, all 150mm in size!

– Installed 2 reline patches of 2 meters each
– Installed 3 reline patches of 1 meter each
– Installed 1 reline patch of 4 meters

The relining process takes a fraction of the time of traditional re-piping methods.

REPAIRS WITHOUT DIGGING, EXCAVATING AND DESTRUCTION

This means that the disruption and demolition to any building or environment is minimised.

RESTORATION OF PIPE SYSTEMS

Allows restoration of pipe systems with multiple bends, elbows, branches and transitions in pipe diameter, all from existing access points.

ADAPTABLE FOR ANY PIPE CONFIGURATION

It can be installed in junctions, bends, horizontal or vertical pipes, all in one complete application. We are the specialists in Lateral Connection Liners (LCL) / House Branch Connections (HBC), and the only company to repair junctions in one process, saving time and money.

MINIMAL DISRUPTION

The pipe system remains functional during the relining process enabling minimal disruption during the installation.

MOST VERSATILE LINING IN THE WORLD

Structurally repairs pipes with diameters ranging from 40mm to 1500m. We are also able to custom make solutions for larger diameter pipes.

RESTORES STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

Restores structural integrity with a smooth transition to the host pipe, preventing joint weakening and tree root penetration.

SECTIONAL LINING

Blueline can stop and start at any point within a pipe to give greater flexibility with sectional lining. Nuflow can make liners to any configuration and a variety of lengths.
