Leaking Tap Repairs Central Coast

Hired to resolve a significantly low-pressure issue with our hot water at the end of March. The plumber came in, recognised the level of the problem straight away, and then proceeded to quote for almost $1000 to fix. It became usable for approximately 1 month before the problem returned. Called them back to resolve, and they attempted to charge $750 to do "the next stage" with an updated quote saying "no guarantees to fix it," which included almost $400 to fix an issue with the street water main (which I subsequently read was the council's responsibility). At this point, I asked them to email the quote to me (strangely enough, they didn't) and then subsequently said they would report the main issue to the council to get them to resolve it, and I would hear back from them, which I didn't. Both plumbers who attended were actively in communication with "the boss".

Update : 3 days later, no call from the team or Brad. The reviews are good for simple issues but it appears complex issues maybe a problem.

I had a roof leek about a month ago due to heavy rain. O’Brien roofer provided e detailed explanation as to why the leak occurred part of the roof was changed. He also advised how frequently to clean the roof and any professional clean/service on an annual basis. I was happy with the service. I waited to provide feedback due to on login rains and wanted to ensure the roof all good 🙂. Ps. This is my first house and did not know what was needed, they made me feel comfortable.

We had an issue with a recent O'Briens Pluming maintenance repair. The repair was good for two days and failed. O'Brien's were quick to respond and the new repair work was completed the next day after our complaint was placed.
