My first contact was with Josh who has great customer service skills and realised I was very stressed. He organised a plumber Doug to come to my house and investigate a water issue that was causing rising damp under my house. Using the camera Doug assured me no pipes were damaged and he took a crawl under my house and worked out it was natural water ingress from surrounding area around house.
Doug worked out a plan and with his team of very friendly and hard working crew dug trenches and worked out to capture the water before it went under my house and sent it to the storm water drains.
I believe Doug and his young crew are worthy of mentioning that they started early and finished late and worked all day hard. I would recommend Obrien plumbing and will use them again if I need a plumber.

Dylan did a fantastic job repairing and replacing a damaged section of our sewer line. It was a substantial job, involving excavation, removing the damaged pipework, installing the new sewer line and restoring the area afterwards. Dylan was professional, knowledgeable and hardworking throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, completed the work to a high standard and left the area clean and tidy.
